This item came very quickly.  I ordered it the same time as the olive ones.  They were supposed to be the same size.  Although these said they were 6x on their label, they were actually 3x or 4x and I couldn’t get them on.  The online customer service chat was not effective.  When I reported the size discrepancy to the customer service representative, I was told to stand by and the represynever returned to the chat.  Likewise there was no response when I sent a message about the issue using the webpage.  I hope they will resolve this issue.
