40% Wool Blankets October 4, 2023 Reviewer: S Hearn from Austell, GA United States   I was super nervous to use the site because the prices were so good. I ordered seven blankets and I received them within a week or so. This is perfect if you are helping the homeless and need quality and quantity. Very thankful for the site! woven versus non-woven wool blankets November 16, 2022 Reviewer: Matoke Riser from Overland Park, KS United States   This year I purchased these 40% woven wool blankets to be given to the homeless. They have a tight weave, are about the same weight as a "FEMA" blanket, are durable and now, due to inflation, are competitively priced. In the past I purchased non-woven 30% wool "FEMA" blankets. If you have used a non-woven blanket you already know their short comings. I used a "FEMA" blanket and their major problems are: 1. They can not be washed or dry cleaned. 2. They tear easily and with little or no warning. A blanket can be torn by pulling it up during the night if one pulls "too" hard. 3. They really are for short term use. FYI. The homeless throw blankets away in the spring because they are extra bulk/weight and not essential during summer. Was this review helpful to you?
